By accessing and using Spinappy (spinappy.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Spinappy is a publishing platform for free HTML5 browser games. Our service consists of (a) a partner-supplied catalogue of games, (b) browser-game guides attributed to Spinappy, and (c) an embedded HTML5 game player that loads games delivered through Playgama inside an <iframe>.

Important: We do not develop, host or distribute the playable game files themselves. Spinappy is the site publisher; the playable runtime is delivered through Playgama's distribution service.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Not use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

Spinappy-created content on this website — including general guides, original tools, visual design, and the codebase — is the property of Spinappy and is protected by international copyright laws.

Game thumbnails, screenshots, descriptions and the playable game runtime itself are the property of their respective developers or rights holders. They are delivered or displayed through the Playgama partner integration and for identification of the playable title.

5. Third-Party Content & Iframes

Our service embeds third-party HTML5 games via standard HTML iframes from Playgama. Once a game is loaded, the iframe content is governed by its own provider's terms and privacy policies, which we have no control over.

A partner game page is not a Spinappy review or recommendation. If you interact with a third-party game runtime through the embedded player, that runtime is subject to the provider's terms and data practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Game Information Accuracy

We cannot guarantee that all partner-supplied game information is complete or current. Game features, controls, availability and embeds may change. Please report factual errors by email.
