Spinappy is an editorial publishing platform for free HTML5 browser games. Our service consists of (a) a curated catalogue of games, (b) original editorial content — reviews, control guides, tips and category essays — written by the Spinappy editorial team, and (c) an embedded HTML5 game player that loads licensed games from our content partners inside an <iframe>.

Important: We do not develop, host or distribute the playable game files themselves. Spinappy is a content publisher; the playable runtime is delivered by our licensed third-party content partners.

Game thumbnails, screenshots, descriptions and the playable game runtime itself are the property of their respective developers and our licensed content partners. They are displayed on Spinappy under our partner license and/or used for review purposes under fair-use principles.

5. Third-Party Content & Iframes

Our service embeds third-party HTML5 games via standard HTML iframes from our content partners. Once a game is loaded, the iframe content is governed by its own provider's terms and privacy policies, which we have no control over.

We do not endorse and assume no responsibility for the content, behaviour or practices of any third-party iframe or external link. If you interact with a third-party game runtime via our embedded player, you do so subject to that provider's terms.
