Game sources and responsibilities
How the Playgama catalogue appears on Spinappy
Spinappy operates the website and publishes its own browser-game guides and tools. Playable game runtimes and core game metadata are delivered through Playgama's distribution service.
What comes from Playgama
- The external HTML5 game runtime loaded inside the player iframe
- Game names, thumbnails, descriptions, controls and available category metadata
- Provider-side availability and updates to individual game builds
What Spinappy publishes
- Site navigation, catalogue organization and policy-based visibility rules
- General guides about browser technology, controls and troubleshooting
- Local browser diagnostic tools that do not upload their results to Spinappy
- Source labels, privacy controls, correction handling and copyright contact routes
What a partner game page means
A partner game page is a catalogue and playback page. It is not a Spinappy review, rating, recommendation or statement that Spinappy tested the title. Game information is labelled as partner-supplied, and the Playgama iframe remains blocked until the visitor allows external games.
Rights and availability
Rights in a game, its artwork and its trademarks remain with the relevant developer, publisher or rights holder. A title may change or become unavailable through the distribution service. Spinappy does not offer copies of game executables, APK files or downloadable installers.
Report a problem
To report inaccurate metadata, a broken integration or inappropriate content, use the Contact page. Rights holders can use the DMCA & Copyright Policy route. Include the affected Spinappy URL and a concise description; do not send account credentials or unrelated personal data.
