How to get a useful answer from Spinappy
Spinappy is a small editorial publisher, not a game developer support desk. The fastest way to reach the right person is to send one clear email with the page URL, the issue you saw, and enough context for us to reproduce it. We review every report manually, then route it to editorial, technical support, privacy, legal, or partnerships.
Game reports
For loading failures, black screens, broken controls, audio problems, or mobile layout issues, include the game URL, your browser, your device, and whether the problem happens after refreshing. If the issue is inside the embedded game itself, we document it and pass the report to the content partner when the partner channel supports fixes.
Editorial corrections
If a review, category note, guide, or article is inaccurate, tell us the page title and the sentence that needs attention. We prioritize factual corrections, broken screenshots, outdated control notes, misleading difficulty comments, and any place where our editorial copy overstates what a browser game can actually do.
Partnerships
Developers, publishers, and platform partners can send game submissions, licensing questions, removal requests, or collaboration notes to the general editorial inbox. Please include ownership details, playable links, age-rating context, monetization notes, and any regional restrictions we should know before evaluating a title.
Privacy, legal, and publisher handling
Privacy requests are handled separately from editorial mail so that access, deletion, cookie, and opt-out questions do not get buried in ordinary feedback. Copyright and DMCA messages are reviewed against our published notice format, and we may ask for missing ownership details before taking action. We do not ask for account passwords, payment details, or personal documents to troubleshoot a browser game.
For transparency, Spinappy keeps a distinction between playable catalogue entries and full editorial reviews. A game suggestion may become a basic playable listing first, while review-ready coverage requires a deeper editorial pass. That separation helps us keep the full library open without pretending every embedded title has the same level of original commentary.
